We inform you that due to the external electrical failure today, April 2, customers with ski
passes and online classes will receive the full amount from Monday on the card with which the
purchase was made. Customers who have purchased in person will receive a full refund at the
main ticket offices. We will keep you updated with any news. Sorry for the inconvenience.
