When buying the ski pass it is advisable to buy ski insurance at the same time, which offers amongst other benefits, cover for transfer and medical care in private hospitals, which must have been previously authorised by the REALE insurance company and only if the hospital consultation takes place on the same day as the accident. The insurance policy also includes accident compensation and civil liability insurance.
Customers who take out ski insurance with REALE are informed that they are obliged to call 900 455 900 to go to a hospital authorised by REALE and only on the day of the accident.
Once you have been taken home or to the nearest hospital, the health care costs incurred are not covered by the insurer.
