RULES OF CONDUCT AND GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR SKIMO AT THE RESORT
It is increasingly common to see ski mountaineers in the ski areas of resorts. Although it is a very complete and healthy sport, ski mountaineering can also generate a series of risks and potential conflicts on the slopes if it is not practised in a conscious, prudent and orderly manner.
Like any other user of the slopes, ski mountaineers are subject to the rules and regulations of each of the resorts they visit. To this end, resorts establish itineraries and slopes within their ski areas where ski mountaineering can be practised safely, as well as schedules based on opening hours to the public.
AT VALDESQUÍ, SKIMO CAN BE PRACTISED FROM THE AGE OF 5. MINORS MUST ALWAYS BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RESPONSIBLE ADULT WHO WILL COMPLY WITH THE RESORT'S REGULATIONS.
SKIMO TIMETABLE WITHIN THE RESORT: 09:00 TO 16:15
- Ski mountaineering is only permitted from 09:00 to 16:15. Outside these hours, snow grooming machines begin work and all routes, both ascending and descending, have cable anchor points that cross the slopes, endangering the lives of ski mountaineers.
